Project LIVE – Healthy Transitions

Living with Intention, Vision, & Empowerment

Project LIVE, a program in partnership with SAMHSA, is expanding access to mental and behavioral health services to youth ages 16 – 25 located in Prince George’s County who are diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and at risk of Developing Serious Emotional Disorder or Mental Health Condition.
