Life After High School Planning
Workshops and training—designed to help you plan next steps.
Workshops are designed to provide transition planning information for youth ages 14 and 21, helping them exit school services and enter adult services and programs. The training covers transportation, disability benefits, record-keeping, pre-employment services, special needs planning, and life skill information.
